Pick Up Service
By clicking submit on the checkout page of our online booking system you are authorizing Renewable Recycling Inc. to charge your card 50% of the current total for service and that this deposit is non refundable.
This deposit fee is determined by the number of units we will be picking up from the client, plus the distance we must travel to get to the agreed upon pick-up location. Which the client is responsible to calculate accurately.
You are also authorizing Renewable Recycling Inc. to charge the card used to pay the 50% deposit the remainder of the balance upon successfully completing our pick- up. And that you understand that the remainder of the balance includes the following:
- The remaining 50% of the base per unit estimate total for our service. Road tolls and fees to get to the pick-up location.
- Any gratuity you would like to add for our technicians
- Adjustments to base per unit estimate total for service due to erroneous client based calculations of distance needing to be traveled from our warehouse to the pick-up location when making their appointment online.
- Client must be available to receive our pick up technicians at the scheduled appointment time plus 2 additional hours, or until the technician arrive.
- Client must make sure there is a clear path to the mattress or mattresses being picked up. We will not rearrange furniture or move debris to get to them.
- There are no refunds for no shows or cancelled appointments.
- Changes to appointment must be made 24 hours in advance.
2020 Updated General Terms & Conditions
Customer agrees that RRI, its Officers and Employees shall not be held responsible for any Unintentional damage to interior and/or exterior of residence, including but not limited to: furniture, upholstery, flooring, carpeting, door frames, windows, personal possessions.
In the event of unintentional/accidental damage/loss of Customer’s Property, RRI, along with its Officers and Employees, shall Not be held liable for repair/recovery/reimbursement.
Policy of Good Intent:
RRI Officers and Employees are trained and operate under Policy of Good Intent, which outlines rules & guidelines to provide each ‘Customer’ (whether direct or indirect RRI customers), ‘White Glove Service’. RRI employees provide ‘Excellent Customer Service’ and take every preventative measure so as not to pose damage to Condition and Integrity of Customer Property.
Drop Off Service

You are also authorizing Renewable Recycling Inc. to charge the card used to pay the 50% deposit the remainder of the balance upon completion of the scheduled drop off. And that you understand that the remainder of the balance includes the following:
- The remaining 50% of the base per unit estimate total for our service.
- Any gratuity you would like to add for our technicians
- Adjustments to the total for service due to client based miscalculations of the number of units we will be processing for them when making their appointment online.
- Client must arrive at our facility at their scheduled drop off time up to 30 minutes after to complete their drop off.
- There are no refunds for no-shows or cancelled appointments.
- Changes to appointment must be made 24 hours in advance.
