• Technicians will not rearrange furniture, obstacles, or debris to complete a pick-up.
• No refunds for cancellations.
• Rescheduling date and time must be done 24 hours in advance.
• For safety and to further preserve our Earth, receipts are sent digitally via email. No need to sign or touch!
